I ordered some weeks ago. Where is my order?

Was it a preorder? Preorders take some time because the production starts after everyone has placed their order. You can find the approximate delivery time in the description of the article.

If it’s not a preorder please keep in mind (especially if you’re overseas) that delivery can take up to 2 months because of the current issues due to COVID. 

The provided DHL tracking number isn’t working?
